My philosophy as a designer
My journey began in journalism, where I learned the art of storytelling and mastered the 5Ws—why, what, where, when, and how—to uncover the heart of a story. Today, I bring that same curiosity and analytical mindset to UX design, delving into user problems to craft experiences that not only look good but feel right.
My approach is grounded in understanding the why behind user behaviors, the what of their needs, and the how to design experiences that empower users and drive growth. Design is about choices, and I strive to make the best ones—balancing user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities.
I believe in collaborating closely with PMs and engineers, fostering a culture of iteration, data-driven insights, and continuous learning to deliver scalable products that truly make a difference. In the past 5 years, I've done it all.
I am passionate about the art of simplifying complex user flows and content. The essence of UX lies in creating products that are not only meaningful but also straightforward and easy to use. By distilling intricate processes into intuitive designs, I aim to empower businesses and their users.

My design process
My design process is flexible and adaptive, once the path to the right solution isn’t always linear. As a dedicated learner, I constantly seek out new methodologies, strategies, and interdisciplinary framework.
Above all this, I do really care to build transferable knowledge that helps me to identify problem patterns and use an agile and interactive approach to problem-solving. This lets me explore different directions, experiment early, and refine as I go.
I’m also comfortable moving between strategic discussions and hands-on execution, making sure my designs align with broader goals while addressing the needs of users. For me, it’s about pushing the business forward, not just perfecting pixels.
I methodically gather evidence to support my ideas and validate my vision, experimenting early to quickly identify what works and what doesn’t. It keeps me safe to focus well on the right way, on the most effective path forward.
Experimention skills
I’m deeply committed to understanding the customer’s perspective and focus more on truly listening to their needs than trying to sell them a solution. This allows me to keep strategically positioned on discussions with stakeholders and keep everyone on the right track.
Customer empathy
I explore diverse design directions before refining a solution, embracing the nonlinear and iterative nature of value creation. This allows me to stay adaptable, ensuring the best user-centered outcome emerges from a thorough exploration of alternatives.
